Branch Leader, Broker-in-Charge

I have been a Realtor/Broker since 1998, working in general brokerage for over 20 years. I have the unique perspective of a seasoned agent and now as the Branch Manager for the Matthews-Mint Hill Branch. I am passionate about the Allen Tate Company vision and culture and want to share this with agents. I am dedicated to supporting, educating and developing Realtors in our Matthews-Mint Hill office.

"Red Penguin" service was at the core of my business as a Realtor in general brokerage. I was awarded the Barbara Tate Legendary Service Award in 2016 and I take that same set of service values to the agents within my office. I prided myself on responsiveness, caring and patience with Buyers and Sellers, and now with Agents providing one on one support daily.

In my time away from work, I can be found on my hobby farm with my Husband and 4 horses. I have been caring for and riding horses for over 30 years. I rode Gaited Horses competitively and now I ride purely for pleasure. In addition, we have 2 grown daughters that are married and live in NC. Raising children, riding horses and working in Real Estate has instilled a work ethic and structure to "achieve it all". I use these skills to help new agents and experienced ones negotiate a successful real estate career and achieve balance in other areas of their lives, for the long run. I welcome the opportunity to talk with you about joining our team and a career at The Allen Tate Company.
